Klangvisionen (a vision of sound) – the connection of music and light

Intuitive music is offered by both the musicians as well as original arrangements by Markus Stockhausen. Special effects with lights are created intuitively by Rolf Zavelberg during the performance. We find spaces with exceptional acoustics, such as churches and museums, are especially good to enhance the sound of the wind instruments.
KLANGVISIONEN is also the name of the series of concerts we have been giving since February 2000 in the St. Maternus church, Cologne. Regular guest musicians are Dafer Youssef, Fenec Snétberger, Mark Nauseef, Arild Andersen and many more.
